9e999 — Who We Are and Our Mission

9e999 is a fully Bangladesh-focused online gaming and sports betting platform where every player in Bangladesh can play in their own language, using familiar payment methods, and with complete comfort. The core purpose behind building our platform was one thing — to create a place for the people of Bangladesh where entertainment, security, and trust come together.

We believe that when the online entertainment experience is in your mother tongue, it feels far more enjoyable and natural. That is why the entire interface of 9e999 is built in Bengali — from the game lobby to customer support, everything is operated in Bengali. Our support team is ready to answer any question via live chat in Bengali, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

At 9e999 we have directly integrated Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — so that every player can deposit and withdraw funds within just a few minutes. You can start with a minimum deposit of ৳200 and withdrawals are possible from a minimum of ৳800. Our processing time is just 10 to 45 minutes — one of the fastest in Bangladesh's online gaming market.

Our game portfolio is very rich. Games from world-class providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt are available at 9e999. From cricket betting to live casino, slots to fishing games — all kinds of entertainment are available on one platform. Just as cricket is a matter of passion in Bangladesh, 9e999 offers betting on all major tournaments including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL.

9e999's security measures are of the highest standard. Every transaction and personal data is kept protected through SSL encryption technology. We maintain a fully transparent system to ensure fair play. Our RNG (Random Number Generator) method ensures that the outcome of every game is completely unbiased and random. Players' trust is our greatest asset and we are always committed to protecting it.

Responsible gaming is an important part of our core principles. 9e999 is a platform operated only for those aged 21 and above. We believe entertainment should be enjoyable — never harmful in any way. That is why we have a self-exclusion feature, deposit limit settings, and a complete guide to responsible play, which helps our players enjoy entertainment in a healthy and controlled manner.
